Tunnel Records charged my credit card for $27.50 for the following CD. Sisters of Mercy - Vision s at the Forum SOMFO 290.

The order was placed in Nov. 1998 and this is now 2001 and still no fucking cd in the mail.

Please,help me.Explain me how I can get my money back from Tunnel Records Co.In the last year I sent to them money order and they at first promise me send to me my order,then thet stop our contact and I loose my money.

I ordered 3 CDs in I believe October 1998 from Tunnel Records. The company was not able to deliver them till March 1999. then I asked to return the money however that did not happen either. I lost 75 dollars. As I am from Eastern Europe I had to return then home. The company knew it and still made no effort to make it better, so I suspect that they just robbed me. It was a lot of money for me and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Tunnel Records in Florida. I have my money order receipt in front of me. November 25, 1998 and still no shipment! I have made so many phone calls and so many e-mails that I have practically given up. The last they responded to me was about August of 1999 in which they stated that they would be sending me an alternate cd because the one I ordered was no longer available.

2 orders, one dated Jan. 19,1999 have been left unresolved and there seems no intention of filling this year-old order. Also an order placed on August 30, 1999 has been left unresolved. They recently emailed their customer database announcing that they have been burnt by bogus credit card online tranasactions and have since stopped taking credit card orders on line, which tells me that they are using unfilled orders and the money sent in by checks or money orders to compensate for their losses. There are plenty of disgruntled customers out there, besides me and this company is giving the internet merchants a bad name.
