I have a complaint with Qwest. They offer you money to sign up. I received an offer by telephone and told them I was not interested. Yet they switched my service without my permission. Now I am fighting them to get monthly charges off, I am also having to file a complaint with telephone regularity commission. My phone company won't do nothing. I'm having to put restricted access to my account.
