PSA list dealers on their website which they authorize to submit baseball cards to them on my behalf. I went to one of their authorized dealers and he took off with my cards. At first PSA said they should be responsible, but now they claim they are not responsible. Since this incident, they have posted a disclaimer on the site. I have proof that the disclaimer was not on the site when I originally visited it.
