I recently purchased a little program recently called POST IT NOTES OFFICE EDITION. Watch out! It totally rewrote my Window's Registry! I am still trying to clean up the mess! Called the "help" (ha ha) line and of course they'd never heard of such a thing. Gee. Big surprise. No help. No satisfaction. And to make it more complicated I purchased it on-line, so any refund would have to be conducted on-line. The person at the other end of the phone said, "They shouldn't give you a problem about it, but if they do, just contact us and we can let them know it's okay." Yes, I should have pursued it, but it just wasn't worth the effort for $20. It cost me much more than that in time and anxiety, trying to get my computer up and running again, and I'm still discovering problems related to that little incident!
