Purchased a Pioneer DVD player from www.pcrush.com. When it arrived, the box was damaged and the battery and instruction manual were missing. It also blew the circuit breaker when plugged in.
I contacted Fred of pcrush.com and he told me the unit had probably been opened and I should return it for a full refund. Yet instead of a full refund, pcrush.com charged me a 15% restocking fee. When I called to question how an item missing parts could be restocked, I was hung up on. I contacted Pioneer, and was told pcrush.com is not even an authorized dealer of theirs, and thus probably are selling gray market merchandise. Other consumers should be warned before they too are ripped off.If you have had any problems with this company, please file a complaint report we will add your comments to these.
