PC Richards - Unresponsive

I bought a cell phone from them and got a warranty. When I had a problem with my phone they said they have no responsibility for it. On my receipt, it clearly says 1 year parts and labor warranty. I took the phone to them not even 9 months after I bought the phone and they refused to help me with my phone. All they did was offer to sell me a new phone and they wanted to charge me more than their advertised price. They said it was because I already had a phone. I will never shop at P.C. Richards again, and I will tell everyone I know to never shop there again.

I PURCHASED A LARGE TV FROM PC RICHARDS WITH AN EXTENDED WARRENTY THAT THEY OFFERED ME. MY TV STOPPED WORKING AND I CALLED PC RICHARDS AND TOLD THEM THEY SAID OOPS WE SHOULD NO HAVE SOLD YOU A WARRENTY CAUSE WE DO NOT GO TO YOUR AREA, APPROX 20 MILES FROM THE STORE WHICH IS IN PARAMUS AND I AM IN TUXEDO. THIS ALL STARTED THE SECOND WEEK IN AUGUST OF 2002. FINALLY AFTER DAYS OF CALLS AND AGGRAVATION THEY SAID THEY FOUND SOMEONE WHO WILL COME TO MY AREA. WELL THEY CAME ON SEPT.5TH SAID THEY HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT AND WILL CALL ME. I THOUGHT MY SEPT. 17TH POSSIBLY THEY WOULD HAVE FIXED IT BY NOW, NO THEY SAID CALL BACK. I CALLED BACK ON SEPT. 30TH AND THEY SAID IT FIXED BUT PC RICHARDS DID NOT APPROVED THE COST. I CALLED PC RICHARDS SPOKE TO TIM AND HE SAID I WILL CHECK AND GET BACK TO YOU IMMEDIATELY THAT WAS AT 11AM NOW AT 4PM NO CALL SO I CALLED THEM BACK AND WAS TOLD HE WENT HOME SICK, I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND THEY GAVE ME MIKE EVANS WENT THRU THE ENTIRE STORY AGAIN AND HE SAID HE WILL CHECK AND GET BACK TO ME.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BACK ITS PRODUCTS, NO GIVE FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS AND GIVE ME A NEW TV. ANYTHING THAT TAKES THAT LONG TO FIX IS PROBABLY NO WORTH FIXING AND BEING ONLY ONE YEAR OLD IF SOMETHING HAPPENS I KNOW AFTER ALL THIS NO ONE IS COMING BACK TO FIX THE TV, SINCE THEY ALL STATE THEY ARE DOING "ME" A FAVOR SINCE NO ONE GOES TO TUXEDO!!!!

I keep on getting harassing phone calls from P.C. Richards Credit/GE Capital Con CC. Just tonight I received another call from someone who could hardly speak English (sounded like a relative of Bin Laden)..I had sent them a check for more than the minimum amount due on my statement, and this person claims the minimum due was for a higher amount.
Every month I pay a little over the minimum due, so how come the harassing phone call.
I then asked to speak to a supervisor, and again someone who could hardly speak English (another relative of Bin Laden ?) claimed he was the supervisor.
He claims on the bottom of the statement it says minimum due, but it does not say that on the bottom of my statement. Perhaps who ever makes out the statements should make sure the minimum due is posted on the bottom of the bills so the costumer can have a record.
He was also stating the amount due on a bill I had not received as of yet. I told the "supervisor" that when I get a new bill for the current month, I would then make payement.
This is the first and last time I will ever deal with P.C. Richards Company.

Three weeks ago I purchased the Emerson Quiet Kool Through the wall Air conditioner Model # 12mw42k from the PC Richard store in Manhattan New york. The first machine did not work properly because there was a problem with the vents. They exchanged the unit for another of the same kind. That unit did not work properly either because air was leaking out of the frame along the sides of the air-conditioner. They then exchanged unit number 2 for another of the same. Guess what? That one wouldn't turn on because something was wrong with the plug. They then exchanged the unit again for another of the same and that one leaks water from the side of the frame and air leaks all along the frame. I have tried to get in touch with Emerson, it is impossible to reach anyone there that can help. PC Richard either sells defective products or Emerson is makes very poor products. I have been dealing with this air conditioner problem for weeks now. Waiting for delivery people and installation people. Now I have to return the unit, have a hole in the wall and find another place that sells air conditioners that fit in my size wall besides Emerson. For 600$ you would think the product would work properly at least...

I purchased a TV warranty at P.C. Richards store in Springfield, New Jersey. When you contact their 800 number, the proper paety is never there. They do not respond to messages left. I want a copy of my warranty and my tv fixed. I cannot get in touch with a responsive party at PC Richards.!
