I paid my first payment of $1000.00 to Outback Pools & Supplies in Rome, Ga. for an above ground pool in May of 1999. They were supposed to start on my pool on May 31, 1999. I was to pay additional payment of $1600.00 after the job was complete. They never called me or installed my pool. I took them to small claims court, where I got a judgment by default. I never got my money or my pool. I don't think they ever intended to install my pool. I contacted them many times and gave them many chances to return my money or install my pool. They have refused both.
