I purchased a Nokia 6160 wireless phone on 8-12-99 from TSR Wireless in Eden Prairie, Mn, inv #3538. I believed this to be a New phone purchase with a warranty coverage of a New phone.

After having problems with the phone, I went into the store where I purchased the phone and was told I needed to contact AT&T. This I did. After they reviewed the background of the phone, they told me this phone was used prior to my purchasing it. They agreed to send me a replacement phone, but could only cover it until April of 2000 because to the prior use of the phone.

I, in good faith, purchased this phone believing it was Brand New. I paid the price of a Brand New phone and expected nothing less. I also expected that it would be covered under the one-year warranty listed in the manual I received.

I feel I have been very deceived by this company and did in no way get what I paid for.
