Giantsavings.Com Fails To Deliver On Time

I am writing to you because I am very disappointed by your company. When I ordered this product on Monday, I was told it would ship on Tuesday via UPS ground from NYC which is a one day shipment to Pennsylvania. I told the salesman (Pete) that I needed this for Christmas and he said that your company would try its best to get it to me by then. However, this package was sent out on Wednesday from Texas via FedEx Saver which is a 3 day service and is not due to arrive until December 26. Why was I lied to? I would have gladly paid the additional cost of sending it 2 day so it would be here by Friday. I tried calling today, but have not been able to reach anyone this morning.
It is precisely this kind of service that discourages the public from purchasing anything online.
