Computer Geeks - Where Is Refund?

I purchased hardware over the internet from Computer Geeks Discount Outlet, Inc., Vista, CA 92083. I contacted the company because I was having difficulty with the hardware. The merchandise turned out to be inferior, faulty equipment. Since the company offered no assistance I returned everything. Now they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee. To date I have not received any credit for the return at all.

We have dealt with this firm many times in the past, generally with good success. The problem is they are stricktly a closeout dealer, and they do not really make this clear on their site. They sell discontinued items, overstocked items and outdated items. As they say... buyer beware. In any event, they have some good deals if you know what you are getting into, and know what to avoid.
The restocking fee is typical of many computer parts stores - even those of brick and morter, but it should be mentioned more prominently when one is placing an order.
You did not give any dates - but a refund could take up to six weeks to see. If it has been longer, then you should definitely get back in touch with them.
