I would like to share my bad experience with Bayside Limousine company. It was my sisters wedding when a limousine driver left us at the middle of picnic for other business. The day was Oct 2, 1999 and this limo company had an agrement with us to stay for 5 hrs starting from 10:30 to 3:30 p.m., and the amount of money stated on the agreement was $429.00. Since they went to go for other business they told us to pay $489.00 i.e. 60 dollars more. since we don't have any choice I gave them my credit card to charge it.

Our agreement was to pick us from Holms Run Parkway, Alexandria, VA 22304 to US Capitol Hill Park and finally to 7930 Eastern Ave. Washington, DC 20012.The driver picked us from 5300 Holms Run Parkway, Alexandria, VA 223304 and drop as at U.S. Capitol Hill Park as agreed and around 2:00 p.m. the driver approached me and told me to be in the Limo before 2:45 p.m. and told me he wants to leave the last spot early since he's got another program. Tthen I told him it is only 8.6 miles, and the day is Saturday (no rush hour drive) there is no reason to go early and our guests at the church (7930 Eastern Ave. Washington, DC 20012.) are expecting us at 3:30pm and there is no way we should be there before time, then the The driver said since he don't want to be late for his other job he decided to give me back my money (i.e. giving me back the recipt I signed for the credit charge and he signed on the reciept), that he left early for other business, and left us at the picnic i.e. (U.S. Capitol Hill Park). Then the manager of the company didn't like the way the driver handled things; the manager decided to charge us since he had my credit card number.
